Club Donations

Oregon Koi Gardens are very pleased to offer a program for koi, goldfish, and water garden clubs and associations. This program aims to assist clubs in securing the best possible donation(s) from Oregon Koi Gardens for a club event of their choice. Here is how it works:

• When club members purchase products and services from Oregon Koi Gardens, points are accrued against donations to their favorite club;
  
• To validate these points, members must claim them at the time of purchase;
  
• Members may allocate earned points to any club to which they belong to;
  
• Verification of membership will be done using all means available to Oregon Koi Gardens: club membership roster, membership card, etc.;
  
• Oregon Koi Gardens will indicate on the sales receipt the number of points earned and the club these points have been allocated to;
  
• Orgon Koi Gardens will grant one (1) point for every full ten (10) dollars spent, excluding negotiated discounts and special sale items;
  
• Points allocated to clubs do not affect members' participation in the Oregon Koi Gardens Membership Program;
  
• At any time, the elected president of a club may use accumulated points to claim a donation of his/her choice (the points counter will be adjusted down by the value of the donation claimed);
  
• Until further notice, each point will carry a value of twenty-five cents ($0.25).
